Orange juice concentrate, thawed 340ml
Prepared chilli sauce 340gr
Soy sauce 90ml
Prepared mustard 60ml
Garlic powder 1gr (1/2tsp)
Lemon juice 60gr
Chicken stock as needed
1/- Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken stock, bring the mixture to a boil.
2/- Add the chicken stock to achieve the desired consistency, keep the sauce warm or refrigerate it for later use.
