Pesto

Thành phần:

4 cup (120gr)              basil leaves

3 clove                         garlic, crushed

1/2 no                          lemon juice

250ml                          extra virgin olive oil

75ml                            pinenut, roasted

50gr                            parmasan cheese grated

salt, pepper                To taste

Method:  Pick over basil leaves, wash and dry in a salad spinner. Place basil in a food processor with the garlic and lemon juice, process until well combined, with machine running, dizzle in olive oil. Add nut and parmasan cheese, process briefly to retain some texture to the pesto seasoning to taste with salt, pepper. Store pesto with a thin layer of olive oil covering the surface in an air tight container. It will be stored in refrigerator several day.
